Global Slowdown of Internet

The ICN is currently monitoring what appears to be a global issue involving the internet. The internet covering North America appears to have a significant issue with the reported response times. This issue looks as if it spreading through other parts of the world. If you begin to experience slow response times with the internet, be informed that currently the ICN is NOT having any problems with the internet. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as new information becomes available.
