Work on Macintosh Servers Continues

Through the night we were able to update Morpheus to OS X Server 10.1. It is hoped that this will aid in stability of CHFA Mac clients.

There were many complications with the updates to Apollo. At midnight, we encountered problems with the rebuilding of the NetInfo database. By 3:30 AM we realized that we would not get Apollo up before classes started today, and started working on a temporary work around. Currently Apollo is off-line. As a temporary measure Morpheous is acting as a Mac Manager server, and will continue to do so while we work on Apollo.

A/V stations, public stations, CAC 115, RSL 120, and other Macs are temporarily limited to "Guest" access. KAB 250 and CAC 204 are automatically booting with that equivalent.

Personal files on Apollo are intact, but will be unavailable until the problems with Apollo can be worked out. Sorry for the inconvenience, CHFA|TECH will continue to work on this as our top priority. We have been in contact with Apple, and hope to make progress over night tonight.
