Core router problems continue to plague University network

We continue to experience problems within CHFA related to the core UNI router problems. We are NOT the only college experiencing these problems. ITS knows of the issues and has been working with the vendor to correct them.

What does this mean for CHFA? The labs are the most affected, as they rely most heavily on the network. You may experience machines freezing, inability to print (or extremely long print times) inability to access CHFA resources, and generally poor performance.

These issues have been known since the beginning of September, and there has been continually work to correct them. At this point there is nothing that we at CHFA|TECH can do other than have patience while ITS corrects the problems.
