Macintosh Lab and Classroom Updates

The updates to most CHFA Macintosh labs and classrooms has been completed.

With the change to OS X, one fo the changes is to the log-in screen. For now, it is no longer possible to put log-in instructions on the screen. The log-in proceedure has not changed though -- users can either log-in with their CHFA Macintosh user accounts, or use "guest" with no password.

Baker Hall
287 - No changes yet from last semseter. This computer is planned to be updated to OS X.

Communcation Arts Center
108 - Updated to OS X
115 - Updated to OS X
204 - Updated to OS X
212 - Still has last semester's image

Kamerick Art Building
111 - Updated to OS X
250 - New computers set up with OS 9, similar to last semester with the addition of Streamline
270 - Updated to OS X

Lang
AV classrooms - Updated to OS X
212 - Updated to OS X

Performing Arts Center
30 - No changes yet from last semseter. This computer is planned to be updated to OS X.

Russell Hall
117 - No changes from last semester
118 - Updated to OS X
120 - Midi keyboard stations are still at OS 9, allowing basic web access, Microsoft Office, and music applications. All other stations have been updated to OS X.
