New UNI Calendar Program for Windows - Oracle Calendar 9.0.4.1

Corporate Time 5/6 will remove itself the next time you login to your Windows account in CHFA (if you had it installed in your user preferences).

You can immediately start using Oracle Calendar 9 - which is the updated replacement application.

The shared University scheduling program has been updated. The current name of the product is "Oracle Calendar - version 9.0.4.1" This replaces the former "Steltor Corporate Time" applications and the even-older "Netscape Calendar" Application.

Upon rebooting (after 4PM today) - Oracle Calendar 9.0.4.1 will be installed automatically to any Windows 2000 or Windows XP machine in CHFA. The application is available to all users on the computer by clicking Start -> All Programs (Programs on Windows 2000)-> Oracle Calendar 9.0.4 -> Oracle Calendar 9.0.4

People using "Corporate Time 6" on Windows should immediately start to use the new program. Your user preferences should all carry over to the new version without problems. We will remove Corporate Time 6 from user accounts later this month after you have had time to start using the replacement product.

While it is not necessary, many users want to create a shortcut for Oracle Calendar on their desktop. To do this - you simply right-mouse button click on the existing icon for Corporate Time (in the all programs list), choose "send to" and "Desktop (create shortcut)."
