File Maker Failure

The dead hard disk was sent to a data recovery specialist Friday night. We hope to have our database up by the end of the week.

During the interim, we will not have task numbers to assign to jobs. We will try to keep track of job requests on paper. We have only our own memory to rely on for the 100+ currently open jobs that were on the File Maker server. We will attempt to work on tasks in a prioritized fashion as always. Again, thank you for your patience.

File Maker Failure

Overnight Thursday/Friday morning we experienced a hard disk failure of our File Maker Server. Among other databases, this hosts our task list of pending jobs in the College.

We appreciate your patience as we recover the listings of pending work requests as well as the inventory assignment of all computer equipment in the College.
