Network Outtage- rouge server found at UNI
Computers that rebooted between 2:00 (perhaps earlier) and 2:37pm at UNI may have not allowed login, or could not access any network resources.
A rouge (unauthorized) DHCP server was identified by ITS-NS and CHFA operating from the STORM project - that was issuing "private" Internet addresses to computers throughout UNI.
Thanks to Seth Bolkeman and Bob Hetrick at ITS-NS for identifying the location of the offending computer with information provided by CHFA, and quickly disabling the network connection of that computer in Latham Hall.
Machines that rebooted during this time need to reboot again to ensure correct network settings.
