Data recovery from Staff on server Mercury

CHFA experienced an unexplained loss of most faculty and staff data on the file server Mercury this afternoon. We cannot locate any system error, virus, or other cause to the loss of data.

As such we are restoring all data from the last backup that was made after 12:17AM on Thursday July 29th.

Changes you made to files between 12:17AM and 5:15PM today, or files that you created today are lost.

We apologize for this problem - we too lost a large quantity of work today.
